Azure Infrastructure Upgrade, Docker, and Sitecore 10 Project

I designed and implemented a Sitecore 10 upgrade with completely new Azure infrastructure and a docker containers development environment for our asp.net mvc solution. We saved 66% in infrastructure costs, improved site reliability, and upgraded to current, supported versions of Windows Server, SQL Server, and other software/vendor dependencies. It also completed with no downtime, had automated rollback options, and the separate environments could be worked on at the same time.
