In an effort to augment our existing software infrastructure and incorporate data from our third party tools, I developed an app that gives brand managers greater control over their ecommerce websites. Managers use this app for tasks like batch creating single use promotion codes, unlocking all content items locked by an account, or reporting on the number of email signups in Exact Target.
This was a self-led project that I recommended as a way to reduce one-off requests from Marketing for data or simple tasks that we could provide in a self-service portal. In my downtime, I worked on an MVC app that integrated with REST APIs in ExactTarget, MediaChase, and Sitecore. I also worked with stakeholders in Marketing to ensure the app features were desired and useful.
